Challenging and Worth it

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

If you work hard and stay humble you will accomplish any goal you set

Cons

If you have an ego then you will be frustrated. Results aren't the only thing they measure which is a good thing. Consistency matters too.

Pros

Amazing workplace, great emphasis on culture. Everyone is really helpful Always feel comfortable People always looking to help Lots of teamwork Work is fun, we sell snacks!

Cons

Although the work is fun, and the work place is amazing. The work certainly is NOT easy and people here WORK REALLY HARD. "This is job is hard but it is not stressful" Definitely not the job for someone with more than 4-5 years of sales experience. You have already learnt bad habits that we don't need here. Learning environment is very immersive, fluid and forever changing. Lots of change.
