Pros

Working for SnackNation is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. The people and our mission is what keeps me excited to come into work each and every day! Senior Management gives us the resources we need to succeed and deeply care about helping us to achieve our professional and personal goals. It's a place where hard work pays off and doesn't go unnoticed. There's not many places I've seen that have such positive, motivating people who make you strive to be your best self. Lastly, the snacks are awesome!

Cons

None that come to mind!

Pros

Top Pro: the People. Everyone who walks through the door would agree that our team is the best, and not easy to leave! Also, this is the only place I have worked where I actively seek to hang out with coworkers as real friends outside of work (not just at work-sponsored events!). Also, no real politics here. Merit and personality rule all. -Personal growth - I have elevated my professionalism and personal life leaps and bounds since before I started working here, all due to the company. -Autonomy - of course there are rules, standards, quotas, etc. But your workflow is truly your own. This is not for everyone, as it requires discipline, but if you consistently perform you will consistently earn more trust and autonomy in your day-to-day! -Fun - yes we like to have fun outside of the office, but even during the busiest work day you can find a way to have a fun, light hearted day here. This made apparent when we have visitors (especially friends) who always say something along the lines of "I wish my office was like this!" -Flexibility - again, this comes down to performance, but as long as you execute the team is very flexible with your needs. This includes working remotely, vacation requests, and more - just make sure you are crushing it and the company takes care of you. Also, you can sometimes invent your own role here should the situation arise, but *see only con below.

Cons

Lacking paths of professional growth - this can be part of a still growing, start-up culture, but can also be frustrating. For example, Company A may have a very clear path of progression: Intro Position A --> Intro Position B --> Team Lead A --> Team Lead B --> Manager, etc. This does not exist at all levels in this company and again, can be frustrating. **This is not a complete Con, however, because it does sometimes enable some to grow their own role within the company, which I would consider a serious Pro** Having said the above, the company does consistently work to grow your professionalism and skills. Just not always a roadmap within the company itself.
