Pros

Free snacks, meditation, in house work outs.

Cons

This place is a total sham. There are few places that I've been to that have put on a facade quite like this. They literally try to shove the "culture" down your throat. It's awful and I would never recommend that anyone work here. Even why you try to embrace it they still kick you to the curb. Sales leadership played favorites regardless of performance. Some people got let go for not hitting quota, while others didn't hit quota but got to stick around. No rhyme or reason to their madness. When I was interviewing, they said I would be working off of 80% inbound leads and 20% cold calls but it was the complete opposite. Having to make 60+ cold calls a day while getting basically fake inbound leads. If you come here you'll end up cold calling all the same companies that have said no to SN 8 times before and they'll be wondering why you're still pitching them the same overpriced snacks. Oh and PTO isn't actually allowed.

Pros

Company cares about each employees health/wellness, and free snacks....not much else to it. Good luck

Cons

-High turnover -No one has time to help you -Hard sale. This is a want not a need. Most customers find cheaper options that are more efficient -Grit w/o Ego is a value......a lot of ego's at SnackNation

Pros

Lots of events and alcohol around fairly consistently

Cons

Seriously terrible company - and it starts from the top. 1. Horrible misogyny from some of the execs (mostly male) 2. Fake caring about you as a person versus you (the person who helps make them money) 3. Zero growth at this phase 4. Severely underpaid Definitely more than enough red flags to advise anyone to stay away.
