Good vibe and culture, but a bit too much koolaid

Pros

Very, very, personable management and fun work environment. Actually feel like they care, and listen to suggestions. Very "clean" industry

Cons

Pay is meh, but I guess that's a startup. Not awful, but you can make more elsewhere. Few of the people are a bit too cultish, and it can get annoying. Growing pains in terms of responsibility, management are good people and smart, but a lot of growth is coming so quickly that confusion comes

super stale

Pros

If you're into learning the ins & outs of goal setting, and OKR's, and 1:1's, and other structures for those that have been making to-do lists since diapers, this is for you.

Cons

The brand is stale, and out of touch what's really going on with wellness, culture, sustainability, and so on. If you came from a forward thinking, modern tech company, you'll get frustrated. If you look forward to the Nordstrom semi-annual sale, this place if for you. While all that structure is great, it opens up micromanaging from your sale managers, which is toxic, and makes it hard to meet any goal. Oh, also the cult vibes, and all hands that feel like a fever dream of night at the roxbury meets tony robbins.
