      Pros

      Sodexo has great benefits and many programs to assist in furthering your career. Sodexo's managers are all hard working and try to work as a team, care about people that they work with and employees.

      Cons

      Work to many long hours, under stressful situations. Managers are normally under a "no win" situation. Some of the contracts should be reviewed, and eliminated. General Managers are always stressed and fear of losing there jobs, District Mangers are normally never in house and do not understand the workings of the contract and the client.

      Modern technology, fairly organized teams and road map

      Cons

      Extremely averse to creating or back-filling positions, obsessively focused on cost savings to maximize shareholder profit, very little control below executive level.

      Limited room for advancement in some regions; reducing corporate staff has dramatically increased demands on operations staff....unfairly balanced. Not enough person to person...all training is on line
