      Good Company, right ideas

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement When they have an asset, they retain that asset.

      Cons

      Benefits need work. Used to be good before Healthcare "reform", so it may not be their fault. Give you an abundance of vacation time but never an opportunity (at least at my level) to take it.

      Unethical

      Pros

      Good employees, bad district managers.

      Cons

      Without a doubt, the most unethical company I have ever worked for. The upper management that I worked for was very shady. I was asked to do things that were borderline illegal. In 25 years in the industry, this was the most depressing job I have ever held. No work/life balance, low pay for managers, and executives who were not engaged at all except when there was trouble.

      The Pros are really not there for this company. I personally have no idea how I wasted such a larger amount of time at a company that promotes untalented, unintelligent HACKs for leadership.

      Cons

      Management, is old and has no vision of the future. They are NOT collaborative and only care about the person above them!
