      Pros

      Great Campus to work on for this account. Amazing student workers.

      Cons

      Long hours. No respect for work/life balance. 60-70 hour work week 7-14 days without a day off that wasn't really a day off. On call 24/7. No accountability for staff doing their job description/duties. Which in turn made my work load heavier. No upper management support to help correct these issues.

      Decent benifits, payed time off, opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Growth stunted by 5% / grade increase maximum in salary when being promoted. Limited resources as far as person to person explanitions about anything, most of your information comes from hunting it down online. Which is very time consuming. Employees being treated as numbers instead of people.

      Plenty of room for advancement. Excellent opportunities for learning other sectors of management via cross training. Meritorious raises based on level of skills.

      There are strong overtures of "preference of employees" not based upon work ethics or personal abilities to perform duties.
