      Complete project mangement procedure, u dont need to fight for how to move forward.. you get support from team members easily .

      Cons

      tight project schedule leads to endless OT. Management is working for KPI rather than value added.That's a team full of project mangers.

      It is global and multi-cultural company which can provide you the most advanced knowledge and experience. It is always precious to have an experience working in a foreign company in China.

      Cons

      Flexible working time. Free working environment. A nice working atmosphere. People like to help each other within Sony Ericsson. A little above middle level payment.
