Management from VP down the ladder and from HR. Poor team, only one HR lady to go to for help. Management plays favorites and there is a huge clique in the NOC very toxic environment. No one knows answers to anything. Processes are outdated. People that stand out are getting bullshitted and not promoted. People that should be getting hired are getting turned down. Charter just went through a huge merger with TWC, BHN which everyone in the NOC played a huge role in. There should be not a single employee in the NOC to get a 2 on there yearly review. Everyone worked hard to get to this point and this NEEDS to be addressed. This is unfair, disrespectful to employees. I have been with Charter for over 5 years and have never worked in a department that is so disfunctional and unorganized. Just a heads up, when applying to this NOC it’s not about what you know, it’s who you know and your not apart of the group good luck getting progressing.
