Pros

The pay and benefits that’s it

Cons

Director will publicly shame you and belittle you infront of your coworkers . They retaliate with write ups and corrective actions if you have any complaints they do not want to deal with. You can be the person that works really hard does everything you are supposed to and if you bring up issues they retaliate by the said write ups and the ridiculous yearly shift bids. They say is based on year end reviews that are also done by the ones that write you up if you bring up any concerns. People are afraid to speak up for fear of being retaliated against or terrible schedules that do not work for their family. We are the routing dept for the techs and they have some shady practices of changing appointment times for customers to avoid missing OTA or on time arrival. They work some agents really hard then give some agents little to no work. That is something you can not mention without getting on the radar. I’m writing this now and here because they are hiring 160 people at this location as of Wednesday and I want people to have a clear view of what goes on there. The training is abysmal and they expect you to I guess be psychic as to what they want. It is an insanely ridiculous expectation for some then for others it is a cake walk. So before you apply think about where you would be in this. The pressure is either extreme or they don’t have any expectations of you. I’m in the ridiculously high expectation group and get hounded to take on more work than most. I did not pick that group to be in. Then it puts me in the line for reprimand over the slight sign of me being unhappy about the favoritism and imbalance of work and general expectations. There are managers that are good but then there are managers that will intentionally try to escalate situations to make it appear you are imbalanced and there are supervisors that can not help you yet they walk the floor basically to make sure you are not on your cell phone. Baby sitters that really don’t do much. As an employee in routing you get most of the workload little to no recognition and paid a fraction of what the ones that babysit. Micromanagement is king here and you will be hounded all day long to do stuff that is not mentioned in your job description. Daily. They do that and don’t offer more compensation as well. They have a monthly bonus that they try to meet every month and that monthly bonus you get hounded for and belittled and needled on comes to 300 dollars total while the supervisors and managers and director all get way more than that and only do the harassment to make sure we meet the strange goals that they keep changing. If the cultures and values were actually followed I would give it a better rating. It is to be an expert in your field and encourage learning.
