Everything . Glad they got rid of the managers who ran the show in Daytona, sucks they closed the location however. Tampa is by far THE WORST dispatch center ever. After switching there I am so glad to be gone. everyone wants to get everyone in trouble . They want you let the "system" route and not allow human interaction . AI is great , but its by no means perfect and makes poor choices, but even if logical choices are made they don't want you to move the jobs. The major problem is that managers who work in disapatch believe they know more than they do, yes they are above me b ut most of them have spent years at the company and are stuck in their old way and don't understand how things works. They do not understand technology but only how to use the application. They believe they do but they don't. if you have to apply here than by all means do it, but wouldn't recommend it in the long run, there are other locations that will car about you slightly or a lot more.

We can do everything from home but the company is stuck in the past and thinks people cannot handle not being forced to work in a smelly office where you can barely ever find parking. Regardless of how well your stats are, working from home will never be an option. Just here until I can find a better work from home position.
