Ever since Charter bought out TWC, they've been making constant changes, (and from what I've read former bright-house employees have been affected as well), I went from loving this job and waking up ready to go to work, to despising climbing into my work truck every morning. Every time a "new" anything is implemented our numbers plummet and the company admits no fault even in the case(of very well documented) faulty refurbished equipment. Scheduled to work 10 hour days but because of overbooking and a terrible routing system, (i.e. Not enough COMPETENT routers) they frequently turn into 12 hour days and that's not to mention the mandatory overtime they started making us participate in and the LYING saying it's because it's busy in the summer instead of the real reason, which is the increase in people being fired or (the majority) quitting. Metrics are impossible to hit with the amount of faulty equipment that gets issued and the fact that they cut the time given to complete jobs and the inability to add time to them except in very specific circumstances. Listen to your employees and start caring about them and the customers instead of all the dummies at the top of americas corporate food chain.
