- Large company, you are just a number - Advancement in role will take a long time - Work from home, good parking , and other benefits are time and performance locked - Zero time between sales calls etc, you are expected to produce like a machine

commission change alot and if feels like the steal your money even if you work hard.they have favoritism .They pick and choose who they give the good call to.

Lack of support from upper leadership. Told to deal with it when short staffed and stores not properly staffed to provide a good customer experience. There is no work/life balance.
