Fairly good benefit pack. Free services (equipment rental fees monthly, plus tax and fees)

Cons

Cable technology not up to date with competitors, micro managed, you literally can get in trouble for having to use the bathroom when it's not your designated break time. The computer operating programs are unreliable with no relief in site. Metrics are expected even though systems fail constantly. The customers can be awful, a lot of verbal abuse very stressful. Inconsistent information and condescending leadership. Tremendous turnover.

half way free cable ( you have to pay for the equipment) benefits available after 30 days, free cake EVERY MONTH for birthdays. great facility

Cons

no real attendance policy , they amp it up as "we understand life happens, so if you call off or you are late because of a life event you will be excused" but thats not true i saw pregnant women, people with sick kids and everything get fired after their second offense. really the attendance policy is based on however the manager feels that particular day and time.

GREAT benefits, overtime almost always available.

Cons

Company will ask you to do things that are clearly out of safety specifications. I personally didn't mind going out of certain guidelines if they didn't put me in danger. The problem was when certain situations DID put me in danger.
