      Pay is good. Especially combined with benefits such as healthcare/Free Cable/401k Match

      Cons

      The role has expanded to be more comprehensive instead of just focusing on Quota. You will be in charge of everything that your office does. It's also now more of a leadership role. You make sure other agents able to perform tasks properly.
