Demanding company with too much focus on metrics rather than the employee

Training is a big joke. There are so many things you go thru on the actual phone that you never hear about during training. Training set you up for failure. Nesting is awesome. You better hope you're on Josè team or you will for sure fail. His way of training is the best and make sure you make sales and make the most money possible. For the most part of Nesting you're placing your customers on hold asking questions. The same questions you could have went over during training. Floor/life after nesting- doom. Everything you learn in training gets thrown out the window. As they keep switching teams you have to keep switching the way you pitch. The Sups get upset when your last sup taught you one way and they want you to do it another way. The managers can get you fired if they don't like you so hopefully you don't end up on E team. I don't remember her full name.
