Pros

No pros I can think of

Cons

Toxic work environment. Turbo micro managing!! Sometimes they want you to check in hourly even if you’re in the middle of a client job. They treat employees horribly. They rate you on your job but do not give you the time or tools to do your job effectively. Your goals are based on statistics that are out of your control like your team’s rating not individual rating. Worst company I have ever worked for hands down. RUN!!!

Pros

Employees get extensive benefits from day 1 including company provided services such as streaming with multiple vendors and significantly reduced cost cell phone line. Self promotion possibility, employees can take free courses through NCTI and promote with a decent pay raise.

Cons

Upper leadership has lost touch with the frontline employees and the work they do. Possible long hours to meet customer demands. Compartmentalization of the business units.
