Pros

Competitive pay with commission opportunities, good benefits package including health insurance, steady work with consistent hours, and supportive team environment.

Cons

High call volume can be stressful, metrics and quotas are demanding, limited upward mobility within the role, and management can be inconsistent across different supervisors.

Pros

Great Company - training was extensive and paid for. Schedules could be "bid" on when looking to change. Time off was VERY flexible. During slow times, you could apply to take time off or leave arly on a volunteered basis (not paid of course). Management was always good about accommodating you. Co-workers were nice. Benefits were 5 star.

Cons

The biggest con was the entire call center layoff in January of 2026. Although I wasn't there, I know many who were subject to the RIFF. I'm glad I left beforehand and sad for my co-workers. Pay was decent but on the low side. Easy to fall into the salary compression trap. Other than that I did enjoy my time there at Charter/Spectrum
