Pros

The biggest pro working for Charter is their benefits. There is always opportunity for growth within the company. I think our salaries are great.

Cons

There are not many cons to working for Charter. I think the call center employees should be given more flexibility

Pros

Great pay and benefits. The people I work with and leadership are awesome. You get an hour for lunch. Sometimes theres overtime but only if u choose to sign up not mandatory.

Cons

Can be frustrating with rude, mean, unfiltered people who call in but that is what happens in customer service. And you never truely know what shift ur gonna be on if a bid comes out you have to be flexible to change.
