Pros
When I think of Charter I think of world class people and most importantly world class services! Charter has the willingness to help and care for you as a person (customer or employee). They also have the ability to change and adapt and to admit there is room for improvement. That is what makes Charter so great. Charter also has an outstanding leadership team who are very knowledgeable in the services and directing you how to handle any situation. We always want to come to a resolution that works for everyone; “Do the right thing because it is the right thing to do”.
Cons
There is some abuse that you take from the customers, but that is given with any customer service you do no matter where you go. We are given great training and again have great leadership that are here to help whenever you need.
