There is no communication from the top down, with the exception of major company communications that really don't make it clear how changes/announcements will affect the employee. There are a LOT of re-organizations that seem to shuffle people around within different departments making it difficult to understand what the end game will be. The hiring is another issue, they seem to bring in people from outside of the company to rewrite policies and change structures without harvesting the knowledge and talents of the internal employees that have kept the company afloat through all of the challenging times. With all the organizational changes and policy changes that seem to happen yearly, it is no wonder that this company is not farther along in developing its services and employees. It has gotten a lot better in the past couple of years but still a lot of room for improvement.
