Pros

Intelligent colleagues, salary is typically at or above market average.

Cons

Working in Denver, employees lose most benefits of working at a cable company, no free internet as surrounding area does not have Spectrum service, streaming services are offered but are channels that are useless (Hallmark etc). No work life balance. Difficult culture to fit into, cutthroat across verticals.

Pros

Free cable/internet/etc, that’s about all

Cons

Management is god awful, culture is to step on others to get ahead. Very much a high school clique environment, and if you’re not apart of it, you’ll get left behind. Management always makes false promises like a promotion just to keep you from looking elsewhere but nothing every happens. Career advancement is a joke. You’ll rarely, if ever, get promoted based on performance or merit. Typically someone that is a “buddy” is promoted instead.

Pros

Great benefits. Decent pay.

Cons

Leadership is heartless and two-faced. Little to no support on the floor. People get fired for anything and everything - where most other places will coach, develop and grow their employees. Don't expect that kind of fair treatment here.
