      The original talent and people are best in class. Treats the inventor community well and are honorable people, well respected in the toy industry Great benefits for both US and Canadian teams

      Cons

      Since going public the company has lost its spark. Lots of changes causing people to leave. Bringing in too many that play it safe rather than take risks and not honoring the people that got them there.
