Pros

Employees are very friendly, beautiful office and easy access via public transit.

Cons

Management expects employees to able to jump in without the proper training. No SOP's in place everyday the process change and very archaic on how they do things. No work life balance 10 to 12 hours are the norm. If you have a young family this is not the place for you.

Not even the free bagels are enough to entice folks to work here. Abusive environment

Cons

Way too many to list. Weird management team. Selfish rude and entitled. Don’t do as I do do as I say mentality. Abusive to admin staff is actually ok with the exec team.
