Pros

People are mostly friendly, and the intention of good culture is there

Cons

It's a political beast to navigate, and while the leadership believes they are "innovative" they struggle with some key creative qualities including: Fairness (equity amongst employees), purpose (claiming to be environmentally conscious as an example, but just look at their packaging), and empowerment (everything has become extremely beaurocratic, and employees are powerless in their roles).

Great location which is underneath the subway. Free snacks and classes to attend if you have time

MICRO MANAGEMENT Rude and disrespectful Directors They have S&OPs which are out dated. This role is more order management and not planning. SAP is available but most is planning is done thru excel. They don't trust your decisions. Once a month you have a meeting at 7am Lots of favoritism in this department
