The company really is invested in employees.

The company is fast paced and at times does not allow to follow best practices. This is however, improving from a department specific perspective. Heard other deaprtments have same concern.

You only work 2-3 days a week, and half of the work is done from home filling out surveys about stores. The stores put out their own product, and set their own displays, you just have to report what you see in each store.

Cons

Management expects you to sell in a certain amount of product every 2 weeks, and will threaten you with replacement if you do not sell. Department is very unorganized, lacking leadership. Management wants you to contact your peers with any questions or problems, instead of speaking to them.
