-The company has a strong name in the industry. -The people are nice, supportive, and understanding.

-You'll be paid less than any other respectible company. -Your workload will be double if not triple what you're told at your interview. -The company is ALWAYS late on product launches, so employees are constantly scrambling with little to no time to plan for future cycles. -The company has low standards when it comes to marketing. It's not a place for a seasoned strategist. -The company can't get top talent because of its bad reputation, crumbling organizational structure, and low pay so they hire people without the proper experience who ultimately end up unhappy within a few months.
