Pros

Birthday off and holidays. None else what so ever. Remote position but your tracked like you’re a home bound prisoner so not a pro.

Cons

Poor environment. Director and manager were unfit. Cultivated a poor culture. Pins and needle environment. The management could not be trusted. They said one thing and expected an other. Supervisors some were great but couldn’t do much since management just gave direction for them to follow. There’s so much turnover due to management. I had 4 supervisors in a year and a half. One was particularly very good with people and tried to inspire the team. One was there for 2 months got sick and never came back. We went back to the good one. Then another one came and was as personable as a rock. Thankfully our team went back to the good one who ultimately left, I assume because of the environment.

Executive Team needs a reality check

Pros

Lack of supervision means that it is easy to slack when you want a break. Otherwise, most people are expected to do the work of 3 people.

Cons

The Executive team is poorly versed in the industry and sub-par at best. They disguise the lack of knowledge by eliminating more knowledgeable and experienced staff and hiring even less experienced managers, in order to make themselves look better.

Pros

Some car allowance with a good work phone, and good product. Peer to peer assisting really builds co-worker relationships, and gets rid of having to work with management. Opportunity to make an extra $200 a year through incentives for just doing your job.

Cons

Get ready for surprises after joining. Pressure to sell, fake promises, no in store strategies. Not so much merchandising being done in the stores, you are forced to attempt to place orders every day and tell the stores to put their own product out. You really do feel pressured all the time to sell and that causes the stores to start to not like or trust you. Managers work from home in different cities and do not actually service stores, which leaves them uncoordinated and disorganized.
