The new corporate head office is truly a state-of-the-art facility.

Cons

The upper management to staff ratio favours the former. The insufficient resource support at the manager level and below creates an environment of heightened stress and anxiety, further compounded by the pathological and insatiable need for speed” business mind set. There is an imbalance between the company’s values and support of those values demonstrated by the behaviour of its leadership. Siloed functions, a lack of standard business processes and internal politics results in redundant work and inefficiencies.
