Nice perks such as lunch and learns, paid week off for Xmas and toys

Management has unrealistic expectations, doesn’t communicate to staff, makes unilateral decisions, zero work/life balance, no sounding board to tell our concerns to other than an employee satisfaction survey that doesn’t produce any results or changes

Truly has a team environment, the culture here is second to none and has fantastic opportunities.

Cons

The hours, I was warned and knew what I was getting into. That being said 40 hr weeks are few and far between. The good thing is your not alone, everyone puts in the time and effort.
