Fast pace, interesting and fun work. Lots of room for personal and professional growth for high performers. The Partners have a deep passion for the company and put a lot of effort into creating an engaging work environment where team members can thrive! High performers advance in their career quickly, and are rewarded accordingly. Lots of perqs - free healthy snacks and fruits each day, breakfast once a week, weekly lunch-and-learns, many team building events, annual summer and winter parties, lots of training opportunities. Very competitive pay and bonus payouts.
