If you want to learn and ace in your career. This is the best place to start with, the leaders are phenomenal. They will help you a lot. The working environment is amazing and it revolves around good work ethics.

Pros

Very collaborative, fun group of people Hit the ground running Fairly flat culture where entry-level new hire may be speaking in the same meeting as a CEO or other exec. Your decisions (at any level) could impact the final product/project. Great downtown location near the subway.

Cons

If you can't handle constant change this is not the place for you. Meetings take up a LOT of your time. Feels like a startup with lots of excitement but also feels like chaos.
