- Varied workload - Room to develop skills and take on new challenges - Fun team - They were willing to counter offer to keep talent

Cons

- Yearly increases were negligible - Bonus was tied to company performance so not much control over it - Corporate culture was very fast paced - Research team was small so only so there wasn't much room to grow if you were aiming for director+ position
