Pros

The people! Work with dedicated and talented people having fun at what they do. Senior Management encourages a creative work environment. It's a 5 minute walk to Timmy's!!!

Cons

Parking was tough to find in 2012. Maybe Toronto has better parking now, I don't know... If you're a US citizen, be very prepared for the higher cost of living, the higher income tax and sales tax rates, the difference in the values of the $CAN and $US and the need to file income tax returns in both the US and Canada.
