Pros
Spin Master is a fast paced environment with lots of change. The company is product driven and motivated to make great product even when it's too late to really do so. The company realizes that it's foundation is innovation and drives for that in all its products. There are great people to collaborate with to make these products a reality and the environment is fun and energetic.
Cons
There are far too few people. Most of the work is done by even less of those people. One must be self driven and do lots of tasks outside of their core job in order to get a product or idea into the outside world. This is not a place for those looking to coast in their job. The company rewards those who make a difference and those who outwork their peers. Management is a bit too heavy and there are 3 competing philosophies that still need to be ironed into one process that everyone is happy to adopt.
