Please 100% disregard the fictitious post by an. "Anonymous" former retail operations district manager.....there was only one district manager in the whole department and my words are above!!!!!

The free product at Christmas was nice and you are given a company phone. Most projects are very simple only requiring you to install a display unit.

Cons

The storm management has no real direction, or really any idea about retail merchandising. Management does not listen to your ideas or feedback. ”Got a good idea? Keep it to yourself. See an issue? Keep it to yourself”. Best thing is to just stay quiet and don’t attract attention to yourself. Reps that speak their minds to help improve the department through ideas and feedback quickly regret it. There is no respect for work-life balance, you are expected to work for free off the clock to meet deadlines that don’t make any sense.
