Business Outlook
Pros
You work from home although there really is not enough work to keep you busy for the whole week. You get to travel to attend meetings and to train new hires.
Cons
Senior management can be difficult to work for, and there is no room to grow. Job is very repetitive with the same initiatives over and over, although the product is always changing. Department pretty much functions on it’s own, so you have to try and find things to do. Repetitive conference calls with department management throughout the week just to pass the time.
