Lots of churn on new projects that never see the light of day, subjective decision making and a changing culture due to rotating upper management.

Cool product. As a brand person you can work on marketing and ps. As a designer you can get involved in brand. Good bonuses.

Cons

This is a tough place for women to advance to senior levels. Very few women VPs. Maternity leave is a career killer. Company values outside experiencekre than internal and seems to be having a hard time finding it's identity since the structure has changed. Most of the senior and respected marketing leaders have left leaving gaping holes.
