Pros

There are some interesting projects and the company has some good momentum. The environment is probably very different depending on what team you are on.

Cons

The office seems to have all the stuffiness of a very corporate business but none of the fun of a toy company. My team wasn't really introduced to any other teams in the company, we'd sit next to people and not even talk with them, the office is one of those "open office" layouts but no efforts are even made to create a sense of camaraderie between teams. Regularly I heard in-fighting and inter-team squabbles and corporate power struggle kind of stuff, it seemed like a very political company with a negative corporate culture.

Free toys, friendly co-workers

Cons

Don't have high expectations of promotions if you are a woman. Be prepared for inappropriate/ sexist comments by upper management. Hard work will not be recognized, but you are expected to work off the clock.

Fun atmosphere, great people and lots of work perks. Office is in a great location.

Cons

Limited parking. They need to invest in their employees. Promote from within which will create an incentive to stay.
