very stable industry company with complete, modern office many departments and segments to spinmaster multiple locations across the world very easy to communicate with management and C-suite original founders still very close to company; not entirely beholden to shareholders

Cons

-very large organization, difficult to see the impact -some departments have large turn over -company still trying to modernize in some aspects -many internal systems that are confusing; training needs to be better
