      Sounds good on paper but not worth to change your job to.

      Pros

      Environment is casual and people TRY to be easy going.

      Cons

      Management pretend to be open-mind. 10/10 times just a show and do nothing and make out some non-sense excuses. Hard to see Good/Talent/Qualify people quit very year. Manager hires cheap and useless replacement because they are cheaper and better look in head count/place holder. Even many co-workers compliant but not even a single performance review. Manger said ‘It will make him look bad.’ Mangement uses HR as excuse and HR use Mangement as excuse. The quality of people and management skill levels are gettting lower and lower every year.

      Pros

      Some really great co-workers and decent office energy. Fun games lunches when you aren't swamped. Occasionally someone will want your actual opinion. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lots of testosterone and chest-pounding. No respect for personal boundaries. Poor management style and a serious lack of responsibility taken at the executive level. Upper management enjoys pointing fingers and jumping to conclusions. Meetings always hold a shouting match at some point. This is not a place to go if you want to learn and grow, consider this a stepping stone should you choose to take a position there.

      Pros

      flexible hours, giveaways (toys) during christmas holidays. great place to start off for graphic designers, toy developers, and even fresh grad engineers.

      Cons

      very disorganized company with no clear vision on how to achieve their goals. plus, being privately owned doesnt really help, with the owners having expertise mostly in sales/product development and no idea on how to run a company. if you work in an operations type of job, then stay away from this place.
