**Pros:** - Decent pay and benefits. - Some great team members who are supportive and collaborative. - Opportunities to learn, especially if you take the initiative.
Cons
**Cons:** - Extreme micromanagement from the manager makes it difficult to perform tasks independently. Every aspect of your work is scrutinized, leaving little room for decision-making or autonomy. - If the manager takes a personal dislike to you, your job may be at risk, regardless of your performance. Dismissals can feel arbitrary and are often justified to HR in ways that don’t align with what’s actually happening. - High turnover in the department due to these issues creates a stressful and unstable work environment.
