Cons

Very fast pace with high performance expectations overnight Frequent restructuring can affect role stability. Onboarding can be limited depending on the team. Cross-functional approvals can slow workflow. Some roles may lack long-term security

Pros

Such a fun industry to work in, if you are lucky and have a good team then it is a joy to go to work.. benefits, ie PTO, personal days, birthday off are above standard

Cons

They are asking 4days in the office which is very out of touch... HR is pretty useless when it comes to handling poor managers... Salary is pretty low compared to market, and they assume the time off makes up for it... Toxic managers ruin teams and morale... Layoffs are done regularly, without any heads up not allowing any transfer of work which leaves people who are left behind frustrated... Managers do not properly explain the reasons, creating an environment of distrust...
