      Good experience overall

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility, nice people, and fun work since you're often working with kid's toys. Fair wage and good benefits. Nice office space. Ability to dictate working day and schedule. Opportunities to move internally from one position or department to another.

      Cons

      Working with other departments that don't understand your role can sometime create unrealistic expectations. The corporate structure also creates unnecessary obstacles in collaboration or communication. Turnover is quite high. Favoritism is apparent.

      - People accessment mostly depend on direct manager only, not based on the contribution and capability. - Favouritism between departments.
