The people at Spin make this job incredible. Very gratifying work and you get to see what you work on get developed in real time. It’s fun and you really feel like you can contribute to the design and progress of toys :)

Wide scope of work for very lean teams means everyone is working around the clock. Management promotes the idea of work/life balance but this is not realistically achievable with the high workload, tight deadlines and very streamlined teams.
