Pros
Environment is casual and people TRY to be easy going.
Cons
Management pretend to be open-mind. 10/10 times just a show and do nothing and make out some non-sense excuses. Hard to see Good/Talent/Qualify people quit very year. Manager hires cheap and useless replacement because they are cheaper and better look in head count/place holder. Even many co-workers compliant but not even a single performance review. Manger said ‘It will make him look bad.’ Mangement uses HR as excuse and HR use Mangement as excuse. The quality of people and management skill levels are gettting lower and lower every year.
