Some very good people, hard to get fired. Very strong diversity on the engineering teams

Cons

Rewards time with the company far more than talent or work. Salary is not competitive with the industry standard. Used to be good work-from-home options but no longer. Company is and extremely top-heavy boys club with a lot of directors for few employees. Toxic holdover culture from startup days that doesn't reflect current state of the company or industry. Touts itself on innovation and creativity while continually pushing out new ideas
