      Very Toxic Culture, Start Up Vibes

      Start up vibes and learn a ton along the way. Executive team is in the weeds.

      Cons

      I was on the girls marketing team while at Spin Master. It was a very toxic environment because we were not "winning" based on our products. The competition is very fierce and it was often challenging to compete with our competition. It seemed like a dog and pony show, we often had to entertain our sales team by doing different social media challenges and performing for them during sales meetings.
