      Overall A lot of pros

      Pros

      They care about their people. You’ll have visibility and ability to be involved in may things and learn a lot. The people who work here and really amazing people. Relationships are important so be nice. The main CEO involved in product is a genuinely nice person unlike most.

      Cons

      They don’t pay as much as many other toy companies. The CEOs designs/ create every product/show and don’t really trust the leaders as much as they should.

      Pros

      You only work 2-3 days a week, and half of the work is done from home filling out surveys about stores. The stores put out their own product, and set their own displays, you just have to report what you see in each store.

      Cons

      Management expects you to sell in a certain amount of product every 2 weeks, and will threaten you with replacement if you do not sell. Department is very unorganized, lacking leadership. Management wants you to contact your peers with any questions or problems, instead of speaking to them.
