-Great co-workers, fun brands to work with -Good benefits

Cons

-Bad with flexibility: One of the first companies to push employees back to work with no regard for flexibility. It is obvious that management has poured money into its glorified office space and wants to justify keeping it. -Bad with actual appraisals. There’s a ton of “badges” and “feedback” which don’t really provide you with any financial gains at the end of the day. Just pats on the back.
